Description

Whether this is your first step into a group or you’ve been connecting for a long time, we invite you to join us. We’re a community of Eagle Brook Minneapolis men seeking to mature in faith, prioritize Christ in all areas of life, live with purpose, and encourage one another as we follow Jesus. Over the next 9 weeks, we’ll be leveraging concepts of the "Promise Principle" Bible study method as we seek to personally hear the voice of God speaking to each of us through the books of Philippians & Colossians. Our study will focus on these major themes: Joy in All Circumstances | The Mind of Christ (Humility) | Unity & Partnership | Gospel-Centered Living | Christ's Supremacy & Sufficiency | The Believer's Identity in Christ | Christian Conduct & Ethics | Unity in the Body. Between meetings we’ll continue to read and meditate on the designated scripture for the week, listening for a specific verse(s) the Holy Spirit is impressing on us. Then we will regroup the following week to share observations, pray, and encourage one another. A regular Monday night consists of time to build relationships with other men (of all ages!) and then break into smaller groups for Bible reading, discussion and prayer. We also mix in occasional serving opportunities along with offsite "fun nights" for community and relationship building. This is a great opportunity to grow in faith and community with regular attendees of the Minneapolis campus.
