Session Structure: 0-10 min: Welcome, opening prayer, Scripture reading 10-55 min: Workout (45 minutes of training) 55-65 min: Cool down, transition, hydration break 65-90 min: Discussion time: (25 minutes of Biblical teaching and group discussion) to help believers understand that discipline in the gym mirrors discipline in faith, that stewarding our bodies honors God, and that the struggles we face in training prepare us for the struggles we face in life.
