Description
Have you been bookmarking or favoriting homemade crafts & games you'd love to make and use to teach lessons from the Bible in fun, creative, memory building ways? Are you looking to cultivate your own traditions to bring more meaning and value into your family's daily life? Me too! I love to paint, draw, scrapbook, write, and play. I am a 36, with a 2 year old son who is super busy. I want to diligently teach the word of God so that he knows the truth and holds it in a special place in his heart long after I am gone. But, let's be honest, where's the time? Let's pool our time and resources to create reusable Biblical games and crafts. 5:30pm-7pm Wednesday nights. We will meet at a small park a few blocks away from where I live. There are a few slides, swings, sandbox, and large parking lot. They have open soccer fields which may or may not have teams practicing or playing some nights. There is a nice short walking loop that goes by a hobby farm with some cows, horses, chickens, and dog too. Port-a-pottys onsite. Bring your kids, food (if they or you need to eat), a chair, and whatever crafty items you can share. We will take turns crafting, visiting, and playing with the kids. Super casual atmosphere. ***First meeting will be on Sunday, June 1st at 6:30PM at the Groups Kick Off Night at the Ham Lake campus. ***
