Description
Caring for a child with special needs can be all-consuming, lonely and difficult to navigate while also bringing joy and victory. Scripture speaks hope into your weariness and struggles while also speaking to celebration, joy and gratitude. Our group will use Bible Promises for Parents of Children with Special Needs as a topical guide to God's promises. For this group, special needs could mean autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, ADHD, emotional or behavioral disorders, physical or learning disabilities - but note it's not an exhaustive list. All are welcome! **Please note that each member will need to obtain copy of the book, Bible Promises for Parents of Children with Special Needs by Amy E. Mason, and our first meeting will occur at Groups Kick Off, Monday October 2 from 6:30-8:30pm at the Woodbury campus! More details to follow via email upon successful registration for the group.**
