Being single doesn’t mean you have to tackle every home project alone! Prayers & Projects is for singles who want to build Christ-centered community while helping one another with projects that are easier—and more fun—with a few extra hands. We’ll begin each gathering with prayer, centering our hearts on God and standing in agreement for whatever members may be facing. Then we’ll tackle one person’s project, such as seasonal home prep, yardwork, cleaning, organizing, patching, painting, simple demolition, or light plumbing and electrical tasks like replacing a faucet or light fixture when someone has experience. No special skills are required—sometimes the best help is encouragement, motivation, or simply getting started! Everyone should be willing to help others and welcome the group into their home when it’s their turn.
