Description
This will be a men’s group, focused on being real about what it means to follow God in everyday life. Through studying David’s story, we’ll talk openly about faith, leadership, marriage, family, work, temptation, failure, forgiveness, accountability, and what it means to become a man after God’s own heart. My hope is to create a place where men don’t feel like they have to have everything figured out or pretend to be stronger spiritually than they really are. We will encourage one another, challenge one another, and give each other the space to be honest about where we are in our walk with Christ. The goal isn’t simply to study David’s life, but to ask: “What is God showing me about my own heart, and what kind of man is He calling me to become?”
